Instructions for School Registration Form

1. Download the Template
   Schools must download the official CSV template from the following link:
   Download Student Template
2. Fill in the Template
   

   Open the file using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet software that supports CSV. Enter student information in the provided columns. Do not change the column headers or structure.

   Column Name	Description / Example
   StudentName	Full name of the student (e.g., John Smith)
   Email	Student’s email address (e.g., john.smith@example.com)
   Password	Temporary password for login (e.g., password123)
   Phone	Contact number with country code (e.g., 6012345678)
   BloodGroup	Blood type (e.g., A+, O-)
   Gender	Male / Female
   Birthday	Date of birth in DD-MM-YYYY format (e.g., 15-06-2004)
   Address	Full residential address (e.g., 123 Jalan Bukit)

   Sample Data Format (from template):

   StudentName;Email;Password;Phone;BloodGroup;Gender;Birthday;Address
   John Smith;john.smith@example.com;password123;6012345678;A+;Male;15-06-2004;123 Jalan Bukit

3. Save the Completed File
   Once all student details are entered, save the file in CSV format. Keep the file name unchanged to avoid upload errors.
4. Upload the File
   Return to the registration form page. Use the upload section to submit the completed CSV file. Verify that the file has been successfully uploaded before final submission.
